\n It was founded as Silva & Rodrigues, Lda., and the company began\n with 27 employees, focusing exclusively on the domestic market. In\n the 1980s, it relocated to its current headquarters and ventured\n into international markets, starting with France as its first export\n destination.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n The company rebranded as JOIA – Cal\u00e7ado, S.A. and Fernando Valdemar\n Rodrigues Lima assumed the role of Managing Director. This marked\n the beginning of a new chapter, driven by strengthened expertise and\n strategic investments in technology to remain at the forefront of\n the industry.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
